GENERAL MEETING INFORMATION:
- Regular City Council meetings and study sessions normally start at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 325 Metcalf Street, unless otherwise indicated. Council Committee meetings normally start at 5:00 PM. Full Council meetings and study sessions will be held in "hybrid" mode (in-person and virtually via Zoom). Council Committee meetings are held in-person only, unless otherwise indicated. To join in on a City Council web conference via Zoom, select the desired meeting, click on "More..." and follow the instructions for joining.
- All meetings are open to the public, including virtual meetings. Public comment may be given in person at the meeting, or in advance by email or postal mail and read into the record at the meeting.
- Action may or may not be taken on any item at a regular meeting; action is limited to agenda items at a special meeting
