Rachel Messer, EMS Billing/Compliance Clerk
I was born and raised in Sedro-Woolley, and I’ve remained here my entire adult life. I am a mom of two boys ages, 13 and 18 (I have bonus kids as well). In my free time I enjoy watching my stepson race our sprint cars at Skagit Speedway and as well as other NW racetracks. I also enjoy a variety of crafts projects. I have eight plus years’ experience in medical billing in a hospital/clinic setting and have years of experience in patient care. I look forward to my new position here with the city as the EMS Billing / Compliance Clerk.
