NWS Seattle: Potential for Cold Next Week

Here is the latest update on our winter weather! Potential for cold at the beginning of next week, forecasts are still uncertain.

Please be careful if you are heading over the passes, or anywhere with a higher elevation, and make sure you have a go-bag of essentials in your vehicle in case you get stuck somewhere.

KEY POINTS:

  • Cold temperatures will be possible across W WA late this weekend and through most of next week
  • High temperatures in the 20s to 30s with lows in the teens to 20s will be possible
  • If colder air materializes, the potential for lowland snow will exist
  • Uncertainty remains high in the extent of the cold temperatures, as well as the lowland snow potential
