Born and raised in Anacortes, I have spent most of my life in Skagit Valley working in the utility industry in both public and private sectors for over 26 years. I started working for our family owned and operated utility business at age 13 and in 2013 I started working for the City of Sedro-Woolley.
I own a home in Mount Vernon, shared with my three amazing kids, who I love spending my time with and pursuing outdoor adventures and playing sports. When the kids are away, my time is spent training our Belgium Malinois (Kai), working on our home, playing guitar, paddle board fishing, working out, socializing, hunting and my favorite hobby, riding my Harley. Last summer I took several trips on my Harley to Eastern Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
The Skagit Valley community is wonderful, and I believe it is an incredible place to raise kids. I look forward to spending several more years with the City of Sedro-Woolley and the surrounding area. When it is finally time to retire, you will likely find me in Montana or Wyoming, however, Skagit Valley will forever be home.
